I get a msg end of level saying your cut is 10 20 or more gold bars but never added to account

That is a pop-up we see in "Candy Royale" race! Each level we win, we will be notified how many more players are there in the race and how many Gold bars we will receive at the end of the race!
So, until you play the required levels, you will not receive the reward! You will see a trophy icon on your game map. Once you reach that Trophy, you will receive those Gold bars! You will also see an icon in your "Events" folder that shown how many levels are left in the race.
