I don’t get pop up ads to win rewards… why.? How do I fix that.?

You cannot fix this as it is not an issue in the game!
Ads are a special test feature that's offered to only few groups of players at a time! If you are not receiving Ads, that means you are not in the test group right now! Once it is your turn, you too will receive the Ads. All you need to do is to make sure that your game App and the device software are updated regularly! After that, it is just a matter of time!
