I have about 70-100 friends on ccs, I send requests to them, but get nothing back, any ideas..
I find I have to go to my friends list and individually request lives to have more success. I find the same thing happening where I only get 3 or 4 lives yet I get requests from multiple people who don't give lives in return.

My opinion on this @Avenger66 is that your requests aren't being received.
In my game I used to receive over twenty requests a day (I have 165 friends) and usually multiple requests from the same people. Now I only receive two (sometimes three) requests a day and never multiple requests. As PummyRaj said the issue of lives not being received is a problem for a lot of people and it has been for years. King either has a problem they aren't interested in fixing, or they have limited the number of requests that people can send/receive in a week without telling us.
If you don't mind would you please add me to your game to see if if I can send you lives and receive your requests.

I think maybe there is a problem with your game @Avenger66 . 70 -100 friends should be plenty to receive some lives even if many of your friends are no longer active or not generous. If you request lives then with so many friends you should be some back. I have far fewer friends and do receive some lives every day. I have noted this morning that you also lost the pins event. This seems very strange to me as this is a permanent feature and I cannot see how it can just disappear. It even remains in my game when I am offline. There may be something amiss with your account and it's probably best if Player Support look into it. If you go through Settings in the game you will get the best help: Go into settings in the game, then go into the Help Centre with the ? icon and there scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. You will get an automated email at first but should get a reply and some help hopefully within a few days.

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving lives from your friends! It is not an issue just in your game, but many players (including me) are complaining the same!
The game allows us to have 1000 friends! Since you have only 100 friends, please make friends with as many players as you can - that you see on your game map! So that, at least some of them can send the life back!
** When you are scrolling through the map, make sure that those players do send lives! Some players will have 0 at "lives sent" tab! I would not pick them😉

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
