If you are talking about the initial email in which you were informed to go to the Community, that is just an automated message everybody receives after sending complaint!
Please ignore that and wait for an agent to contact you. It will usually take up to 3 days (72 hours)! If you did not hear back after 2 days, please send a reminder (through the automated email you have received) and inform them that you are still waiting for their assistance!
If nobody contacts you even after 72 hours, please post back here and let me know🙏
I have sent a complaint and I was directed to go here for help. This has been going on for months or maybe even a year.

No need to share a screenshot! You will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request to send your reward. If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from the App.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
