There is no way to get ads back. Sorry. We don't work for King here, but we know that King do not give players ads on request, so there is nothing that can be done.

Hello. Ads is not permanent feature in this game. Have you purchased boosters, lives, goldbars. If so you won't have ads.
If you've not purchased anything then you will get your ads back.
One cannot manually make ads appear in your game.
