I had a lot of boosters in my old phone which I no longer have, how can I retrieve them please! I worked hard to get them. Also I haven't had my rewards for finishing the puns sets.

Your boosters are connected to the device they are on. Unfortunately they cannot be traded between devices. Sorry for this!

With regards to the boosters transfer from your old phone — unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the boosters from one device to another! The reason for this is, game progress and the Gold bars are saved to King servers! Whereas, the boosters and lives are stored only to the local memory of the device we use, which is not possible to transfer!
By any chance, if you saved your game to iCloud, it will be possible to download the game from iCloud on your new device as well!

this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
