I am sorry to hear the issue you have experienced with level # 2180 in your game! Some levels have this glitch when we have full set of boosters😕
Thank you for reporting this issue! I will send it to our Community In-charge, so that they can escalate to the Game Studio to change the level!
As you must be aware that win-streak boosters can be earned only manually! You can try your luck by sending a complaint to the King Player Support team!
