game glitch level 10543 :

candy drops continuously through chute at top of page and exits through chute at bottom left without a break. game ignores attempts to make a move or select booster. player cannot do anything other than quit game…..causing loss of boosters and ending win streak.

attempted to notify techinical support, but the search bar pulled up 8 totally unrelated issues.

This is a glitch that affects the game occasionally and you are right that you should report it. The best way to report such a "continuous loop" glitch is to contact player support. If they get lots of complaints about the same level they will change the algorithms of the level so it no longer happens. Use the link here:

Make sure you mention the level and add a screenshot if you can. They will send an automated reply first of all, but someone will read your message and hopefully also get back to you after a few days. If you do encounter a continuous loop glitch like this all you can do is close the app and reopen it and replay the level. If it happens on numerous attempts then come back here and maybe someone here can check the level out and come up with some tips on how to avoid this glitch.
