Are you talking about the Party Popper that you see at the bottom of your level board - along with other in-game boosters? Does it look like this?
If so, click on that Party popper to activate! Depending on the blockers you have on your game board, the Party Popper will remove most of those blockers!!
When using in "Legendary" levels and/or in the levels with multi-layers blockers, please be careful to save enough moves to finish your level! Because, the booster will leave out many areas uncleared!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
