Unfortunately these events come and go for players… Making a purchase in the store removes them forever.

I am sorry to hear that the Ads stopped coming into your game!
From the information I received from our Community In-charge team, Ads are still a test feature. Because of that, the groups that receive the Ads will be rotated from time to time! That is what happened now and the group you are in are not receiving the Ads anymore!
But, no need to worry! If you receive the Ads once, you will receive them again - just a matter of time! Please make sure to keep updating the App regularly and also make sure that your device has at least 2GB free space!

As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible. Players from Candy Crush are complaining already for months about this issue. Why doesn't Candy Crush solves this problem.., or stops with this ads..They make you click on the ads..for Temu…
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.

I have charges that are double what I spent or were credited…they came through once and were paid NOW they are coming back through. I contacted PayPal..they sent me to meta pay ..and they sent me here. I have been charged over 200 for candy crush ..twice over
