I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving the Ads in your game from a while now!
Ads is still a test feature in the game and hence, only few groups of players receive the feature at a time! Once their turn is over, the groups get shuffled, so that the players that did not experience the Ads can test it out!
If you had Ads once, the chances are that you will see them again, just a matter of time! I am thinking may be your 2nd turn is not here yet🤔
I would suggest you to give a pause to play new levels, and keep playing old levels to finish Season Pass and any other feature that you can play with old levels! This way, you won't use all your saved boosters and also save some!
Please make sure to download the latest version of the App regularly - both for the game App as well as your device software!
