As stated above. Game froze and when I restarted, the reward was gone and nowhere to be found under events

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with Candy Royale reward!
What you were informed above is incorrect!! Just because the game froze, it does not mean that you lost your reward - especially, since the race is over and you did see "claim" button!
You could not find the icon and the game recognized as you have finished the event! Please don't worry! You will have to contact King Player Support team and request for your missing your reward.

The reward page showed the “Claim” button but it wouldn’t let me press. Is it really all gone?
