Did not win prize for winning round

I was on level 14209. I just used my last life and got the splash screen for an extra life and the reward of two lives if I win. I went to continue playing and got another pop up that I'll win 20 minutes of unlimited play if I win. I used up all my moves and spent $1.99 to get a few more moves and won the round so I could get the unlimited lives. I got awarded the two lives but not the unlimited 20 minutes of play like I was expecting. Very disappointing and I hope this will rectify this and raise awareness of this bug.

Udah 3 hari " due to connection issues, we couldn't verify its status, and let you know when connection is restored" kata ini selalu muncul, padahal koneksi internet lancar dan bagus. Tolong diperbaiki lagi, kami mau beli emas tapi tidak bisa karena masalah itu.
I haven't gotten any new levels in about 2 months.
Hi all, i haven't been getting any new levels in about 2 months. I am stuck on 20,525 with no new levels while my friend is almost at 20,800. I followed all of the tips in the FAQ. Is this normal? When can I expect new levels? Thanks.

Impossible to pass high levels
it is impossible to pass 19096 without spending money. The rules keep changing to make the highest levels impossible. king stop being so greedy or lose all your players!
