Why am I only getting 17 moves in level 783 when it should be 35

I am also on level 783 and only have 17 moves.  Help!

You need at least 18 moves just to pop all the popcorn. Then you need another 10+ moves to use all the candies. 
My game is only giving me 17 moves when it’s supposed to give you 35 moves.

Hi @waterworld and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Here is what happened: you wrote on the old post and sometimes these posts are cluttered with the new ones and it takes time to find them. We have volunteers here, we are called Superstars and I am one of them. We are scattered in different time zones all over the world and we also have real lives and obligations.

As for your question, the studio is always monitoring the players' experience with the levels. If they are too hard or too easy they might tweak them a bit. I know some levels can be quite challenging, hence I will post some tips and the video for this level so you can find the best approach eventually.
