Yea, it popped up on mine the other day, win 4 levels to get the super color bomb. I think I won two levels then stopped playing for a couple hours. When I returned it was gone.

Charge the super colour bomb by passing four levels and it will appear again after 48 hours cooling time
Perhaps it will come back? You'll probably get another chance to get the super color bomb tomorrow if you win 6 levels in a row after the pop up appears.
