Hello and thanks for translating your post. I am saddened to hear that you lost your ads after a purchase. From all my experience of reading posts here over the years I am sorry to say that I do not know of any cases in which King have given ads back to players on request. Nor have I heard of many who got them back after spending money on the game. Usually once a player spends money the ads are gone and don't come back.
I regret that you fixed it. I didn't think the ads would go away. My user id is 15600660656. I can't receive ads and I want it fixed. I paid without knowing that the ads would go away and now
