in the chocolate box what does the saucer mean win unplayed levels

I am sorry! Your question is a bit unclear!! Are you asking what the "saucer" mean in the Chocolate box task or what "unplayed levels" mean?
If it is un-played levels, @zeus77 already clarified for you!
If it is the "saucer", the task needs you to use UFO boosters from your saved boosters! It will not count if you play the levels that have UFO boosters on the board!
