We recommend that you contact Player Support directly because Community members are not able to access player accounts. From Settings in the app on your device, go into the Help Center and scroll through all the options until you see "Contact us" at the bottom. Using this method, Player Support will see your player credentials with your question. Alternatively, you can access Player Support using the browser address below, but you should include your User ID in your message.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
