Unable to buy lolipop and other boosters

Which device are you using to play the game? Do you see any error message when you try to buy the lollipops? If so, can you provide a screenshot of that error message?
Are you experiencing issue only with the purchases? Are all other features working fine?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
