Why did the Daily Treat Machine suddenly start me back at DAY 1

Sometimes the daily machine glitches and starts over :( There’s not much you can do when this happens.

In my experience the daily treat machine gives you the same prize regardless of what day you are at. So I would not be too concerned if you are reset to day 1. I am at day 30 and got two coconut wheels today. Great….

But in general, if an event glitches like this there is nothing anyone can do to reset it. I very much doubt that Player Support could fix this since they are unable to reinstate a win streak either for players who lose those due to some glitch. If you contact them they might give you a few boosters as compensation.

I normally play through Facebook. I have followed the steps above and it still wants to start me back at day one. I should be on day 43 today. I have not clicked on the game and accepted the day one start for today. I want to be on that level and not have to start over. Please help. Thank you.
