I have 4x used coins to extend my games to get the 20 minute bonus and it isn’t giving me the extra moves but takes my coins

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Which device are you using to play the game?
When you said "20 minute bonus" - were you referring to the reward from "Train" feature (image shown below)
If so, there are few players that reported this issue! If you are still struggling with receiving the reward, please contact King Player Support team and report the issue.

Oh no, sorry to hear this. It sounds like your app is not registering with the internet properly. Rather than delete your phone, I would recommend rebooting your device:)
