I used to get new lives from friends in the past but suddenly it stopped! I get request from people all the time but my new life request are ignored… it was never like this before.. what happened?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
