Yes, it's been reported by others but it is a glitch. You were meant to fail the level but the AI messed up and dropped the wrong candies for the fail sequence, so it looks like you would have passed. It's a computer glitch.
Sometimes the pink dragon doesn’t fall through and you have to replay the level unfortunately.
Not sure what bug you are referring to. It looks like you may have already "played on" (10 bars for 5 moves) and now you are up to 25 bars for moves and a color bomb added. Sorry if this isn't what you are asking about
