Not getting final move to win

over the last few days, when completing a level on the final turn (ie the final drop completes a line of 3 candies, or the Shinx drops to the bottom) the game ends and says no more moves. If I pay the gold bars to get more moves- the game then immediately finishes the previous turn and ends successfully without me doing any switches.

Complaints like yours have become much more frequent in the last few weeks, especially those when the dragons sit above the exits after our last move. Let's face it: The end of level algorithms are pre determined to the outcome we are meant to have, and if we achieve a different outcome than the one the AI has granted us, we fail anyway! It's an error in the programming. King do need to fix it. But I'm not sure that they will.

I get this regularly with candy still dropping/moving while the game ends the level. I saved a screenshot of a clear incident, like the one the OP describes here, where I lost the level and had to buy ekstra moves, and completed the level without moving afterwards. I have put a red line around the issue.

It sucked having to choose between losing a streak or having to pay gold in order to complete the level.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing some of the glitchy levels in the game! The issue was reported to the game Studio and whenever complaints come in, we are passing on those levels to our Community In-charge to pass it on!

Can you please clarify something for me? Have you been encountering more than one level with this both these glitches - Jelly not clearing even with candy combo and Dragon not dropping down from the board?

If so, do you remember which levels are those? By any chance, did you take screenshots?

Unfortunately this a glitch at the moment. You can lose the level and try clearing it again.
