Purchase and booster

i made a purchase of 50 gold bars to complete the level. I did the payment but didn’t received any of the gold bar also i losted all my booster and win streak i also losted super colour bomb and 20-25 mins of colour bomb which is not acceptable i want my win streak, super colour bomb and time of colour bomb back everything .
