Did you read the entire question @Lindark? The player specifically said they forgot not just the password, but the email address as well!!
Are you able to try using the Forgot Password option to see if you can recover it?

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
