Personally @PummyRaj , since you are asking me, I suspect this is one of the people who mistakenly think this game pays out money. There is nothing in Candy Crush I know of that this question could relate to. We'd need to wait to hear if there is a reply from jessiegirl.
Hello Jessie, for Candy Crush Saga the only information you have to provide is a username and a password. You need to create an account in order to save your game. If you don't want to save your game you don't have to create an account, but if you don't then you are at risk of losing all of your game progress if something goes wrong with your device.
You do not need to create an account to receive any of the games' rewards.
You might be asking about the Date of Birth pop-up that sometimes appears in our games. If this is what you are asking about then yes you do have to complete the information to carry on playing, but you don't have to input your actual date of birth.

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which reward are you trying to collect? Were you asked to enter your info somewhere? Which info is it asking for you to enter?
I have not seen Candy Crush Saga asking for our personal details anywhere - unless you want to add the details to your "Player card"!!
If you can provide more details, and also share a screenshot of where you are being asked to enter your details, we would be able to assist you better!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseβs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters.
