Not receiving my gold bars that I have been awarded. Please fix this

I am very sorry to hear that you are not receiving Gold Bar rewards in your game!
Was it an event or a feature that you did not receive the reward from? If so, can you please tell me which event/feature was it? Do you have any screenshots saved that you did not receive the Gold bars?
The best thing for you would be to contact King Player Support team and report the issue! If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from the App.
