The level objective of three frogs means you have to feed and move the frog three times.
Do this: Match the frog with candies of the same color as the frog until it's big and glows. Once it glows, move it: click on it, then click on another location on the board.
The board also provides color bombs that you can use to feed the frog. Match a color bomb with the candy of the same color as the frog, and it will be fed and ready to move.
Feed and then move the frog three times and you will win.
