I was trying to move the app from one window to another and so I deleted it. Now I’m back on level 1

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
