hi @QueenB , I found the thread we can discuss this, it’s been several weeks since this problem happened. (I discussed this with you several weeks ago) I only get pop ups, but no email, but it says pop ups or email but it only has the option to get pop ups. you have any idea when it will be fixed? (I want to get email)

I have not been receiving email notifications for the past few days, @QueenB . I used to receive emails when mentioned, and now I don't get any email notifications at all. Is it still possible to receive email notifications?
I also noticed that my profile no longer has separate settings for site and email notifications. Has this been changed?

Hi 🦋 Thanks for flagging this and you're right. We're currently aware that email notifications in the Community aren’t working properly at the moment.
We've already reported the issue to our platform provider, and it’s being looked into. Really sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while we work on getting it sorted 💛

hi @QueenB , what is going on with my notifications, it has the option to get email but it shows up only pop ups? What happened to the email on here? It’s not showing up.
