If you’re still not seeing it, try restarting your game and device. That should do the trick!

LLost season pass after purchase on Amazon Fire tablet
I forgot the name of the contest, but it starts on Tuesday and ends Sunday and has 10 levels you can win prizes on. There’s a premium section that gives more prizes that I paid for and when I opened the game today it was just gone. Anyone else have that issue?

my weekly season pass disappeared sometime this afternoon after I updated all my apps. The feature is still available on my ipad when I play but not on my phone. Will this be fixed so I can get it back? I keep losing so many features and its super frustrating😒

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga or some other game?
If it is Candy Crush Saga, I too noticed that sometimes, Season Pass does not appear on Laptop game but only on Mobile devices and/or Windows 10/11 App version!
Please try to log out from Facebook - close the tab - and restart the computer after shutting it down for few minutes! Sometimes, you might have to repeat the steps!
If your computer game still did not receive the feature, you might have Season Pass only on your mobile device this time🤔
