We’re still working with the platform team to resolve the ongoing email and notification issues. We know this has been affecting a lot of you, and we really appreciate your patience while we wait for a permanent fix.

hi @QueenB , I found the thread we can discuss this, it’s been several weeks since this problem happened. (I discussed this with you several weeks ago) I only get pop ups, but no email, but it says pop ups or email but it only has the option to get pop ups. you have any idea when it will be fixed? (I want to get email)

I have not been receiving email notifications for the past few days, @QueenB . I used to receive emails when mentioned, and now I don't get any email notifications at all. Is it still possible to receive email notifications?
I also noticed that my profile no longer has separate settings for site and email notifications. Has this been changed?

Hi 🦋 Thanks for flagging this and you're right. We're currently aware that email notifications in the Community aren’t working properly at the moment.
