Pub Super C - Ad issue

I’m writing to let you know about two issues I’ve been experiencing in Candy Crush

Game crash with Super C ad
Since about a week ago, every time the Super C grocery store ad plays during the 5-second pause, the game crashes. Everything freezes, I have to restart the game, and I lose the reward I was supposed to get. This has been happening consistently and it’s really frustrating.
Excessive ad duration
I’m also starting to find the ad experience very tiring. Some ads last 60 seconds, which is already long, but then there’s an additional 5-second ad afterward, and another one of 3 seconds after that. It ends up being almost 70 seconds for a single reward, which feels like too much for a mobile game.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into these issues and consider making improvements to the user experience.

I'm really sorry to hear about the crashing issue with the Super C ad, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, and I can imagine how frustrating it must be to lose your reward and have to restart the game.

We’ve passed your feedback along to the team so they can look into it. In the meantime, could you please try the following basic troubleshooting steps?

Restart your device completely (power it off and back on)
Make sure your game app is fully updated to the latest version via the app store
