Kindle Fire glitching

Hi, my kindle fire has been glitching on the map page. The events page and the shop page are fine. I contacted King and we went through some possible fixes but nothing has worked and its been about 2 days. Anyone else having an issue with their kindle?

Side note: King has already advised me on numerous ways to try and fix the issue with nothing working. I am simply asking if any one else is having the same problem with a kindle.

I also have the kindle map glitch. I’ve done all of the recommended “fixes” cache, reinstall etc. haven’t been able to play in 3 or 4 days.

Is there a problem or a malfunction?
I stopped giving relationships. Unfortunately now a reaction. I won 72 gold bars with Candy royal and I also played the mint snowstorm and there was also a eufo Unfortunately I did not get all these boosters? Was there a malfunction or what was the problem
