Replica/Drunk Elephant rewards not working?

Is there anyone also experiencing issues not receiving rewards for these two brands? It has been occuring for me for several weeks.

I am sorry to hear that you are experincing issues with couple of Ad videos!

The best way to report the Ads that are causing issue is through your game App by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
