In addition to what PummyRaj stated: If you ever bought anything in the game using real money you will not see ads. That is how King run this game. Those who spend money don't get ads in their games.

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving Ads in your game!
Please make sure that your game App as well as your device software are updated to the latest version! And also, your device has at least 2 GB free memory space to receive any extra features!
If everything looks fine but still do not have Ads, it could be because you are not in the "test group" that receives the Ads! Keep updating the App regularly and you too will receive the Ads sometime soon!
