I play candy crush with 2 cellphones and desktop, but now they are not in the same level, I use one of my cellphone play to level 19701, but my other cellphone and desktop still stay in level 19685, can it be fix to the same level ?
Are both devices updated to the latest update of the game? If not that might explain the discrepancy. Are you quite sure that you were online and connected to the Server when you played those levels? You also need to close the app on one device before opening it on the other for them to synch properly.
