Hello and welcome to the community @Maeke . It is perfectly normal for players not to see ads in their games. Not every player gets them. We are assigned to different test groups, some get ads, some don't. All we can do is make sure we never spend any money on the game because anyone who does spend any money will definitely go into the "no ads" group permanently. Those who don't spend money may find that at some point they are changed to the "with ads" group, but there is nothing players can do to affect this.
