With regards to name change ā the Community Managers changed the setting and because of that, players can change their username whenever they want toš If you open your profile page and click on āEdit profileā button, you will see the option to change your username in the Community.

Few months ago, the flag button was mis-used by some people which caused a lot of work for the CMs to remove the flags, etc., I think thatās when the flag button was removed for all players. But, it still exists for Moderators. Until a solution can be found, if you girls can tag us, we will be able to escalate it as soon as we canšš¼
It's worrying me that it was possible to hack an account of a community regular. Image what it would be like if my account got hackedā¦.or yoursā¦ The thing is Erik changed the whole name and everything and Yorben won't be able to access the account now.
Gosh what a lot of messing around for everyone @QueenB just goes to show the Flag should be brought back. Don't understand why it was removed in the first place, probably to save money š¤
Good morning my dear , yes this user has been banned, but their comments remain in the threads where they posted. These can be considered as deliberately offensive as this one ā¤µļø
In other instances, I have seen spam users categorised as unknown and all their comments deleted in all threads. Can't this be done for this one?

Thank you for the swift response. I note the account has been banned. I do hope that this will not now lead to the real owner of this account to be banned. Yorben_Goeree had been a regular contributor to this community for many years until their last post in December 2024. It would be sad and unfair to lose all of those posts because the account was hacked.

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
