Anyone else having any issue where you win the Express Train and are not getting you free 15 mins of play time? It has happened to me 3 times now, I reach out to customer service and never get a reply!

Been Having the same issues plus it is very rarely it even appears. Something is not right.

The express train is not coming at all....for a week now
I haven't been able to get the express train with the 15 free minutes for a while.
