How do you kill the frogs in level 8061

You can't kill the frog. To fulfill the frog order, match the frog with candies until it's big and glows, and then move it: click on it, then click on another location on the board. Do it three times, and you will pass the level.
Matching a color bomb with a candy of the same color as the frog is another way to make it glow.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
