why am i now allowed to slip levels and episodes

What you are experiencing is definitely a glitch!
Which device are you using to play the game? Do you play on 2 or more devices or a single device?
What is your original level and which level are you being jumped to?
Can you post couple of screenshots for me —> (1) As soon as you open the game map; (2) 2 or 3 screenshots of your game map after you skipped and landed in another episode;

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
