Boosters

Here I go again. The employees have taken away any chances/games to win boosters plus they don't offer any extra moves and/or boosters at the end of a level. This has happened before. I have already closed the game and then re-opened and re-started my phone and neither worked. So, I won't play new levels until this is fixed.

Update; I have gotten boosters at the end of a lost level but no chances to win boosters. I have never paid and so maybe they will just bring the videos back at some point.

@ladybug202, have you tried our standard troubleshooting steps?

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:

- ensure you have a stable Internet connection

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)

- check for updates for your game app and run them

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

I have had the same problem a few times. Each time the ads have returned one or two days later. I hope the same will happen for you, smitherskathy1.

I'm not sure this can be fixed @smitherskathy1 . It sounds like you are referring to ads in your game. These will disappear for any player after they have spent some money on the game. If you have not spent any money ads might come back at some point when King decide to change your account back to the test group that sees ads, but there is nothing you can do to speed that along. It is normal for this game to change test groups and to lose ads periodically, so it is not something to get fixed as it's not broken (from King's point of view).
