why i dont have ads

That happened to me because my level is really high and I had lost all my coins to get past a level so I paid real money and lost my ads and am down to no money and no helps. I haven't won a level in over a week. Looks like I'm quitting the game altogether.
I think this is what happens when they don't have many ads to give you, or they are intentionally restricting ads for you.
OK @QueenB Sweet Cinema showed up as a widget on my map
After watching one advert and either getting an X or a booster it disappeared again. So I did have it but haven't got it now. Is that what is meant to happen 🤔
Happened to me too - I was running out of gold and decided to support the game by purchasing. I wish I knew that it will make ALL ads to disappear.

I will say @QueenB mine had been playing up for 2 weeks, I even posted about it. The last time I saw it, which again was a surprise because it's was more often missing than being available was Monday morning. I watched one advert but didn't get a booster, I got an X. Haven't seen it since.
Has anything been put about this for others to see as we seem to be getting more and more posts re adverts missing. I wonder if some of them mean Sweet Cinema. I can see the thread re the Daily Treat Machine in Support, but nothing about Sweet Cinema being tested for some and becoming a widget. Might be nice if it hasn't already been done for a short explanation 😊
Anyway I will keep checking and as I said confirm again in a few days 👍

Hi @QueenB I nearly chocked on my tea ☕ this morning, I got notification of this in my emails, so hopefully that's sorted now for everyone.
Yes I look at my CCS map every day and no, I haven't got a widget on the map for Sweet Cinema. I will keep checking and let you know either way again in a few days.
Thanks so much for helping out in this thread! I just wanted to quickly check with you, have you had a look at the Saga map lately?
The studio is currently running a test where the Sweet Cinema feature has been moved from the Events tab to a small widget directly on the map. It might still be there, just not where we’re used to seeing it. Let us know if you spot it 😉

Hi @Menad2025 Welcome to the Community 🤗 That's one of the most asked questions in the Community. And the only answer we have and keep giving is.
Have you had adverts and have they stopped or have you never had them. If you've had them and they have stopped, have you spent real money to buy something in your game. If you have, that is the reason they have stopped.
Also adverts aren't a permanent feature so if you haven't spent any real money, hopefully you will get them back again soon.
Many of us have now lost our Sweet Cinema, so no adverts from that, but we don't know the reason or if it will come back.
