Stuck

What do I do when I and the game doesn't switch it up to where I can make another move next but I still have turns to go and I'm not meaning lives. It leaves me with no choice but to quit the game and lose my life when I still have turns left this is not fair to me I've taken several screenshots what it won't allow me to post them except in Facebook I have but nobody gets back to me and that either

Hello @Jadahgal To post a screenshot here use the landscape icon at the bottom of the box you write in. It is next to the smilie face. You should be able to post any photo that is stored on your device that way.

Sounds like you are asking about an 'Oops' level @Jadahgal

King are supposedly working on eradicating Oops levels from the game, but they do still occur from time to time. Mostly this happens to a level when you have all your Win Streak boosters and pre-game boosters operating at the same time.

All you can do is replay the level.

Which level has caused you the issue?
