I searched for it on the internet, but all games of level 10380 are different.
I guess most players stuck here would use a lollipop hammer. You only need a single hammer, so if the "without boosters" method suggested by MannyFae does not work for you , use a lollipop. They can be gained for free from some events.

Is your level 10380 like mine?
If it is, then I assume that by 'pink glass' you mean the bubblegum in the bottom right corner.
How to destroy it is an interesting question. We were originally supposed to do it with the help of the fish, but the way fish work has changed, and the fish now keep attacking the space underneath the dragon.
The trick that has worked for me was to clear (almost) everything and then set off a color bomb and fish combo. It has spawned multiple fish at once, one of which attacked the space underneath the dragon, as usual, but one of the others destroyed that bubblegum.
A fish + fish combo that creates three fish should work too. But then you'll need to clear everything on the board before activating the combo to ensure that one of those three fish will target the bubblegum.

I tried what MannyFae said many times, it did not work. Without a booster, it seems impossible. As I did not have a Hammer, I had to buy one so I was able to pass the level.
