Hello @thiagodq77 and Welcome to the King Community! I encourage you to contact Player Support about this glitch. I understand how frustrating it can be, and we want Player Support to be aware of all glitches. While their initial automated response will suggest standard troubleshooting steps, reply until you get a ticket number to know that a live person is responding.
You can contact Player Support directly through your game's Settings menu. Tap on the "Settings" gear icon, then select "Help Center" and "Contact Us."
I posted about the same issue on another post with the exact same picture. I contacted King and the A1 automated response suggested that I make sure my game was updated, clear cache, force closure by tapping five times on the dark screen (screen is not dark), logging in/out. Nothing has worked for me. I have been stuck on this screen for three days. @kiara_wael
