I have spent 10 gold bars twice now to receive 20 mins of free lives for getting past a level and I have not received the free minutes can anyone help with this please

The train offer has been changed for many players and the twenty minutes of unlimited lives have been removed. This is what my offers look like now:
Next time you receive the offer, make sure that you have twenty minutes of free time included before spending 10 gold.
You could escalate the issue to support by sending an email through the get help forum in the app, Or we wait for the mods to shed some light on these.
Just for the record check if there is an update available for the app, you can also log out and log in again then clear your cache just incase.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
