Can we please fix this glitch?

this is not the first time I’ve had this issue. I’ve wasted so many gold bars so I can have one extra move that I don’t even use so the screen will continue to load. The character is at the bottom of the screen where it should be accepted for . open spots on the screen where there aren’t any candy. All of this forces me to have to spend gold bars in order to complete something that should’ve been completed on its own.

This issue has been flagged to the Studio before, going back to when it involved cherries and not just the dragon levels.

There’s already an investigation ongoing, and the team is reviewing older levels to update or tweak the level design logic so that this sort of glitch doesn’t happen again. That said, I’ll make sure to re-flag level 7066 specifically to ensure it's on their list for review 😉

Really appreciate everyone’s patience while this gets looked into. I know it’s frustrating, especially when gold bars are involved and your feedback helps us make sure it stays on the radar 🙏

I have actually reported that specific comment (the one with link) yesterday! I am thinking that the CMs might not have gotten a chance to check the “flags” yet!!

Your memory is astounding! I had definitely forgotten that it happened to me years ago. Such issues come and go in this game. I guess that does not bode well for any hope of King fixing it!

This issue is several years old @christinewupp so I would guess it has nothing to do with the Fish and is just King being King.

You even had the same issue back in 2023.

Personally I think the issue is the same issue that results in matched Candy not being removed at the end of the game.

This bug has been reported several times over the past few weeks and does need to get sorted by King. I have myself seen the same on one occasion when I chose to pass the level using a fish combo to remove a last frosting underneath the dragon. The fish did remove the frosting as expected but the level was lost. @QueenB @PummyRaj this is indeed a common occurrence and quite rightly angers players, especially if they paid gold for extra moves. The team need to look into this glitch. It may have some connection with the jelly fish. I have seen this happening in older levels. Some of these older algorithms may not recognise the jelly fish removing that last blocker as a valid winning move. Here is my example:
